In response to the diminishing performance of mailings, we collaborated on a new direct communication channel with customers. With a well-designed UX, onboarding and feature discovery, among others, we engaged shoppers unlikely to install a new app and turned them into loyal Rossmann customers. The app for years was the #1 retailer app in Poland, and now still remains at the top as one of the most used apps in the country.
